I’m an amateur photographer living on the Sunshine Coast in Australia.
Born and raised in Zimbabwe I’ve had a love for wildlife and wilderness from a young age. Only now I am truly beginning to appreciate the amazing adventures I was exposed to when growing up; exploring mangroved rivers in Mozambique or camping on the shores of the Zambezi River with deck chairs in front of the tent door to ensure the hyenas didn’t enter!
In 2002 I moved to Australia with my family. After several years at university my passion for travel was reignited with trips to Alaska and New Zealand. Unfortunately I was yet to discover photography. That came in 2007 when I bought my first camera and travelled to Borneo. I have never looked back and have since travelled all over the world. The passion I have for travel means my trip ideas are planned years in advance, with journeys to Antarctica and Central America being goals in the near future.
I love to photograph classic, grand landscapes; experimenting with long exposures and am lucky enough to live on Australia’s Sunshine Coast meaning subjects for a photography shoot are never too far away.
